He demonstrates good practical ability and sets an example to the younger learners. He has come on leaps and bounds since he started his formal apprenticeship, not only has be become confident and precise with his decision-making, his overall finish of woodwork, joinery and carpentry is simply first class”; “A friendly and likeable character. He is willing to go beyond what is asked of him, never giving less that 100%. He is also willing to support other trades by undertaking a variety of construction duties as and when required – as an example of this behaviour, he will willingly help when the site needs tidying, which clearly demonstrates his level of maturity and advanced years, in ensuring a strong H&S awareness is consistently maintained.”
